She studied with Professor Václav Vacek, the emeritus concertmaster of the National Theatre Orchestra, at the Prague Conservatory. After graduation, she focused on chamber music and joined the Czechoslovak Chamber Orchestra. She then played in the Eberle Quartet and won with them the Radio France award in Evian for the best performance of Janáček’s String Quartet No. 1. Later on, she was a member of the Martinů Quartet and the Czech Philharmonic Quartet. In the Czech Philharmonic, she plays in the second violins.
