Snowflakes are falling outside the windows, but it’s warm inside and the smell of evergreen needles is everywhere. We hear Tchaikovsky’s magical music, and we set out for a fairytale kingdom… We’ll follow footprints in the snow, our drumming will overpower the Mouse King, until finally we dance our way to the Christmas tree. And then what? We’ll unravel whether it was all a dream…

We will introduce the family of string instruments. They go together, but each is a bit different. Mom and dad – the bass and the cello, and the children – violin and viola. Like in any family, they play together, but they can also get quite cross with each other. And they enjoy sweets together. Will we be able to solve problems and riddles and rescue Cordiera the Cook?

We wander over the mountains, across Moravia and Slovakia, to see what music dancing are like when done eagerly. We'll plunk on the cimbalom and fiund out what it's like to lead playing the violin or to accompany playing double bass or viola, and at the end, we'll dance together. What fun!
