About the Moravian Duets

The Jan Deyl Conservatory Women’s Chamber Choir accompanied on the piano by Roman Malý performs a selection of the musical gems composed by Antonín Dvořák in this concert with commentary. To the Moravian Duets for female voices, our guide Jan Kyjovský adds readings from period texts and letters.

We also invite the elderly to non-traditional musical encounters. Everybody, regardless of age, abilities, and musical experience can join in. Because it will above all be about the joy of new social bonds, the experience of listening to music, finding new links between rhythm, tempo, movement, instrument colours, and silence between the tones.
