Subscriptions


In the 2021/2022 season, the Czech Philharmonic offers evening subscription series A, B and C, advent concerts and various series of education concerts. The Czech Chamber Music Society will have five concert series this season.

How to Purchase Subscription

Online purchase

  1. You must be registered to buy an eTicket.
  2. If you currently are a subscriber of the Czech Philharmonic, you will find your seats in "My Reservations".
  3. In the Concerts section under the heading “Subscription Series”, please choose the desired concert series and then your seats in the hall.
  4. You may choose seats at as many series as you wish as part of a single order, but you can select a maximum of 10 seats.
  5. Please choose the method of delivery and payment (eTicket/Card online).
  6. Payment for ordered seats must be received within 30 minutes. Thereafter, the seats will again be made available for purchase.
  7. Once the transaction has been successfully completed, your eTicket will be sent to the e-mail address that you entered into the registration form.
  8. An eTicket is a valid ticket. Please print out your ticket to present it for inspection, or display it in electronic format.
  9. If you have problems with registration, your user’s account, or on-line sales, please contact Colosseum customer support by calling +420 277 012 677, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-8. p.m.
  10. Concerning the issuing of an invoice, it is always preferable to contact Czech Philharmonic Customer Service.

Reservations with tickets collected in person / delivered by mail

  1. To make a reservation, you must first be registered.
  2. If you currently are a subscriber of the Czech Philharmonic, you will find your seats in "My Reservations".
  3. In the Concerts section under the heading “Subscription Series”, please choose the desired concert series and then your seats in the hall.
  4. You may choose seats at as many series as you wish as part of a single order, but you can selected a maximum of 10 seats.
  5. Please select the method of delivery and payment. We charge a fee of CZK 43 for mail sent to the Czech Republic and CZK 90 to other EU countries. The fee is added to the total amount charged.
  6. Information about your reservation is shown together with a reservation number and instructions for payment by wire transfer if applicable. At the same time, this information is sent to the e-mail address you entered in the registration form.
  7. You can pick up your tickets in person at the Czech Philharmonic ticket office in the Rudolfinum (please present your reservation number) or you may wait for them to be delivered by Czech Post. When picking up tickets in person that have been paid for by wire transfer, please wait until we send you an e-mail message confirming receipt of payment.
  8. Concerning the issuing of an invoice, it is always preferable to contact Czech Philharmonic Customer Service.

Ticket Office

You can buy and collect your tickets at the Czech Philharmonic box office in Rudolfinum.

Opening hours

September–June: weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.
July–August: weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m.

 

  • On concert days of the Czech Philharmonic and CCMS until the beginning of the performance.
  • In case of morning concerts on weekdays the box office is open one hour before the concert.
  • Last hour before a concert, the box office sells tickets only for that evening's concert.
  • During weekends and public holidays the box office is open until:
    • one hour before the beginning in case of morning performances.
    • one hour before the beginning in case of morning performances.

  • The entrance is from 17. listopadu street (wheelchair accessible).
  • When travelling by public transport, get off at the Staroměstská metro station (Line A), tram stop (trams nos. 17, 18 and 53) or bus stop (no. 207).
  • Parking is available at the underground parking facility on Jan Palach Square, tel.: +420 222 328 687. The facility is not part of the Rudolfinum premises.

If you become a subscriber to concerts of the Czech Philharmonic or the Czech Chamber Music Society, you can take advantage of a number of benefits and discounts from such institutions as the National Theatre, the Prague Philharmonic Choir, and the music publisher Supraphon. Just present a valid subscription ticket.

Ticket subscriptions also offer the following advantages

 

  • The prices of ticket subscriptions include a discount of 25% to 40% on the concerts of the selected Czech Philharmonic series or a discount of 20% on concerts of the selected Czech Chamber Music Society series.
  • There is a 20% discount on individual concerts of the Czech Philharmonic and of the Czech Chamber Music Society.
  • You will have the same seat in the hall for all concerts of the chosen series.
  • Subscription series tickets are transferable. If you cannot attend one of the concerts, you can allow someone else to use your subscription.
  • We will automatically mail you a catalogue for the next season.
  • With every subscription series ticket you purchase, you will receive a corresponding number of parking vouchers (based on the number of concerts in the selected subscription series), which will give you a discount on parking in the underground garages at Jan Palach Square (Palachovo náměstí).

Gift Vouchers


If you choose a concert as a gift, you don't know whether the concert will fit with the recipient’s musical tastes or schedule.

Choose one of our gift vouchers! The Czech Philharmonic offers gift vouchers in the following denominations: CZK 500, CZK 1,000, or CZK 3,900. Gift vouchers in these amounts can be used to buy tickets to concerts of the Czech Philharmonic or of the Czech Chamber Music Society of equal or greater value (with payment of the balance).

You can buy gift vouchers at the Czech Philharmonic ticket office in the Rudolfinum, or you can order them through Czech Philharmonic Customer Service. No discounts may be applied to the purchase of a gift voucher.
