The Czech Philharmonic and its Chief Conductor and Music Director Semyon Bychkov announce an audition for the Orchestral Academy for the period from 1st September 2024 to 30th June 2026 in the oboe section.
Application deadline: 12th May 2024
The opportunity to broaden their education and gain valuable experience in the academy of the first Czech orchestra is especially available to students and graduates of secondary and higher music schools, both from the Czech Republic and abroad.
To apply, please fill in the application form and attach your structured CV and a copy of your diploma or confirmation of the ongoing study.

- W. A. Mozart: Concerto for oboe in C major K 314 (1st & 2nd movements)
- F. Poulenc: Sonata (1st movement)

- B. Smetana: The Bartered Bride, overture
- A. Dvořák: Slavonic Dance No. 7
- G. Mahler: Symphony No. 3, 2nd movement
- N. Rimsky-Korsakov: Scheherazade
- L. Janáček: Sinfonietta
- P. I. Tchaikovsky: Symphony No. 4, 2nd & 3rd movements
