After finishing primary school, he started studying trombone at the Prague Conservatory with Professor Josef Šimek. As a student, he has participated in a number of competitions. He won the 1st prize at the Conservatories Competition in 2012, at the International Brass Competition Brno in 2013, Concerto Bohemia with the Prague Conservatory Brass Ensemble in 2013, at the Conservatories Competition 2015, also taking the absolute winner award, which he won again in the same year at the International Brass Competition Wroclaw together with the 1st prize.

He received the Yamaha scholarship in 2015. He has attended masterclass courses with Enrique Crespo (Lieksa Brass Week) and played with the Czech Philharmonic within the orchestral academy programme in 2014–2016. He studies the trombone at the Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno with Associate Professor Robert Kozánek. In 2016, he became the principal trombonist of the State Opera Orchestra in Prague.
