After studying at the Baden-Baden Gymnasium, he began studying at the Staatlichen Hochschule für Musik Trossingen in 2017 with prof. Franz Lang, Holger Brust, Stefan Gawlick, Lars Rapp, and others. He also participated in several masterclasses with distinguished German timpanists, members of the Berliner Philharmoniker and the SWR Symphonieorchester.
