Music for Schools

Within the Music for Schools project, we offer space to meet to nursery teachers and all those who would like to make music with children at an early age. We prepared a cycle of four workshops for them.

Music for Schools

Author of the Little Rudolfinum Veronika Lucassen and her colleagues offer various ideas and inspiration involving rythm, intonation, movement, and listening for making music with pre-school children. We also create space to meet and share experience, practical examples and concrete tips with each other to help with the methodology for using the various activities.

If you are interested in joining these meetings, send us and e-mail and we will add you to our database. You need to apply for each meeting separately. You will receive more details and the application form about a month ahead of each meeting.

For more information and to apply, e-mail to ms@czechphilharmonic.cz

Music for Schools offers space to meet for teachers of primary, secondary and all other types of schools from all around the Czech Republic. They can meet regularly in nine "regional centres". Communities form around these centres of active and open people who want to learn from each other and look for ways to develop through music with the children.
