We regret to announce that Zubin Mehta has been forced to cancel his November and December performances in Prague and Israel, as his health currently does not allow him to travel from California.
The Velvet Revolution Concert on 16 and 17 November will be conducted by Finnish maestro Sakari Oramo. The program remains unchanged – Mahler’s Symphony No. 2 “Resurrection” will be performed.
Those who won’t be joining us in the Dvořák Hall are warmly invited to watch the live broadcast. The concert on 16 November will be streamed live on ČT art and on the Czech Philharmonic’s YouTube channel. The 17 November performance will be broadcast live by Czech Radio Vltava.
