After finishing her studies at the Prague Conservatory with Professor Karel Přibyl, she continued with Professor Petr Messiereur at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. Following graduation, she joined the first violins of the Czech Philharmonic. She comes from a family of musicians – her husband plays the French horn in the National Theatre orchestra in Prague and her two brothers are with her in the Czech Philharmonic.
