The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Prague invites to a unique concert of the World Orchestra Grzech Piotrowski - Symphony STU, which will take place on November 15, 2018 at the RUDOLFINUM Philharmonic in the Dvořák concert hall.
In the first part of the concert, the orchestra will present the Symphony STU composed by Grzech Piotrowski on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of regaining Independence by Poland and the Czech Republic. We will hear World Orchestra in full Symphonic composition (53 musicians).
The premiere of the STU Symphony took place on March 3, 2018 at the Grand Theater of the National Opera in Warsaw. The concert in Prague will be the second performance of the symphony STU.
In the second part of the concert, artists will present pices from the albums "World Orchestra - Live in Gdańsk" and fragments of the Symphony "Lech Czech and Rus".

Grzech Piotrowski founded the World Orchestra in 2009, but the beginnings date back to 1992. The idea is to brings together outstanding soloists from the world of jazz, classics, ethno, folk, open improvisation. Multiculturalism is important, that's why Grzech Piotrowski is looking for soloists all over the world.
The music of the World of Orchester combines many sources, reaching the oldest roots. Each of her concerts is a unique journey, thats why this event is a unique experience that is difficult to forget.
