Questions and Answers

When are season tickets sold?

Season ticket sales begin on 3 April 2023 at 10.00 a.m. and continue until the day of the first concert of the selected season ticket series. Existing subscribers have their seats reserved until May 31 at 8 p.m. After that, seats will become available to all interested customers.

I'm a subscriber and want a different day/venue/concert lineup for next season. What should I do?

Choose from a selection of currently available seats. A limited number of seats are available until the end of May 2023. On 31 May at 8pm, bookings for existing subscribers will expire and seats will go on sale.

Do you allow payment by invoice?

Yes. Invoices can only be issued by arrangement with the Czech Philharmonic's customer service. Invoices cannot be issued retrospectively for already paid tickets. By issuing an invoice, the tickets are considered to be bindingly ordered. Invoices are sent in electronic form (in accordance with Act No. 235/2004 Coll., on Value Added Tax, as amended). You can only pay the invoiced amount by bank transfer, cash payment at the Czech Philharmonic box office is not possible.

Which credit cards do you accept?

You can pay with these cards at the Rudolfinum box office and online: MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Expres, JCB Cards, V Pay a Diners Club International.

Which employee vouchers do you accept?

Rudolfinum box offices accept Sodexo vouchers (Flexi Pass, Relax Pass, Fokus Pass), Up (Unišek+, Cadhoc) and Edenred (Edenred Benefits). These vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. The vouchers are non-refundable. You can pay the extra ticket price over the value of the vouchers in cash or by credit card.

Which places in the Dvořák Hall are the best?

It depends on your preferences. In the Dvořák Hall, the best seats from a purely acoustic point of view are on the ground floor in the middle of the 7–18 row directly opposite the stage. From the balconies you have an interesting view of the orchestra and the entire hall. For a better idea, take a look at the auditorium plan and the virtual tour of the Dvořák Hall. The Czech Philharmonic's customer service will be happy to help you choose your seat.

I lost my season ticket. Can you issue me a duplicate?

Yes, please contact the Czech Philharmonic's customer service at +420 059 227 or email info@ceskafilharmonie.cz.

I bought a subscription but ended up not using it. Can I return it?

Subscription tickets purchased at the box office of the Czech Philharmonic in Rudolfinum can be exchanged no later than 7 days before the first concert of the subscription cycle upon presentation of a valid ticket for other subscription tickets, individual tickets or a gift voucher of the same or higher value.
